| Step 1 |
Remove jacket material to 3/8". |

| Step 2 |
Fold braid back over jacket. |

| Step 3 |
Remove foil and cut dielectric to length of 1/4". Be careful
not nick copper jacket of center conductor. Remove dielectric fuzz. |

| Step 4 |
If using separate crimp ring, slide over folded back
braid. |

| Step 5 |
If foil is burred, twist so that corner at point A is smooth
and provides a lead for the connector mandrel. |

| Step 6 |
Install connector mandrel over foil and underneath the braid;
trim braid if desired. Point A should be approximately even with inner surface
of connector. |

| Step 7 |
Slide crimp ring into place over braid and adjacent to
connector body. Crimp with proper tool. |
