All products are 1st quality and come with manufacturer's warranty.

When you receive your merchandise: Please open all boxes immediately and check for contents and damage.We must know within 2 days upon your receiving products of any damage/problems.
Wrong Products Received: It is very rare (we double check all orders before we ship them). If we made a mistake/error in shipping (it does rarely happen), please contact us within 2 days of receiving the product. We will then give you an "RGA" number and instructions on how and where to return the product. We will pay freight both ways, and we will ship you the correct product (along with a big apology from the two people that made the error as we truly do care that we get it "right" the first time).

If you ordered the incorrect product (your mistake), then please see "ordered wrong" below.

Shipping Damage: If the packaging appears damaged on the outside, please refuse to accept it from the carrier; or please make sure that when you sign the shippers proof-of-delivery slip that you include a note stating that the package is/appears damaged. If you do accept a damaged shipment, please inform us immediately. We do expect you to deal with the carrier in that case. If you prefer for us to deal with the carrier, we must know within two days of your receipt of the product that it was damaged. Also, if there was any internal (non-visible) damage, this should be reported to the carrier (or to us) within two days of receiving the product.
Defective Products: Within thirty (30) days of receiving the product, if any product proves to be defective; please contact us immediately. Please do not ship the product back to us without contacting us first and receiving an "RGA" number and instructions. After we receive that defective merchandise, we will test it if need be, and we will ship back (at our expense) to you a non-defective, same product. After thirty days we would like for you to deal with the manufacturer. Whatever policy the manufacturer has will determine where to go from there. We supply products - we cannot warranty products after thirty days (we leave that up to the manufacturers).

We must insist that if the product is defective, you will receive a replacement; if the product proves not to be defective, we must charge a 20% restock fee (see below). We think that this a fair policy for everyone as lower overhead... means lower prices to everyone.

Returns: HOLD ONTO THE ORIGINAL BOXES. We will only accept a return if returned in original boxes that you received it in. Listed products (items that have listed prices on our web page) may be returned within 7 days of your receiving them, with the exception of antennas. We DO NOT take returns on antennas. The products must be brand new, in perfect condition, a perfect box and never used. In order to keep our prices low, WE DO CHARGE a 20% RETURN FEE and, of course, we cannot refund shipping & handling charges. Returning used products, of course cannot be allowed. We do not sell used products and you will not receive (nor do you expect to receive) used (or "re-furbished") merchandise from us. Please contact us if you wish to return products (must be brand new, in perfect condition, a perfect box and never used), and we will give you an "RGA" number and instructions on how and where to ship.
Non-listed products (items that do not have prices listed on our web page and that you received a special quote on) may not be returned as we consider them special order items.
Shopping by mail-order has many good points (low prices, shipped right to your door, less hassles because no waiting in line, etc) and a few less positive ones such as; you can't physically see (or touch) the products, it takes a few days to get to you as well as if you return it, it isn't easy or convenient (for you or us) when you need to return something. If you aren't certain that you want a product, or aren't sure that what you are about to order is exactly what you want; please do not order it from us. Also, we repeat, merchandise may not be returned more than 7 days after purchase and shipping/handling charges are not refundable.
NON returnable items: Items that are heavy or large (items that cannot be shipped by UPS or USPS) may NOT be returned. Also, items that are "special ordered" cannot be returned. Items that you have installed cannot be returned. Items that do not appear totally new and in the same original box, etc (in the same condition that you received the products in), cannot be returned.
Returns - if you ordered wrong: If you made an error and ordered the wrong products (from items that have listed prices on our web page and not special quoted priced products) and wish to return them, and then reorder the correct merchandise from us (we need the product back first); we will charge you a 10% return fee in that case (if done within 7 days of receiving merchandise). If you return an original product, and then return the next product as well; and then wish to reorder again, we will charge 30% on the second return. We do not wish to ship "trial" products (some people have asked us to ship similar items many times). We have this policy, because it costs us money to process orders; and it prevents a few rare customers from "trying" and "trying" and "trying" products. Some (very rare) people think that we "should" operate like a shoe store. What we are trying to say is this: If you don't know exactly what you need, then you are probably better off purchasing locally. Mail-order is great and so is the Internet, but with some products; it is better to deal with a local supplier. We have many thousands of satisfied customers and we would rather lose a sale than to ship products to people who have expectations that cannot be met and who will end up not being happy with us. Because of that, if you aren't certain of what you need; then please do not order from us.
